At the gym today!

WEEk 18 precontest – As I walked into my training Haven today, I ran into BIG WILL HARRIS, who is as much a fixture at GOLDS GYM VENICE, as is the equipment there! BIG WILL was the first Pro Bodybuilder I met at ‘The Mecca’ about a decade ago! And we snapped a photo which is in my valued photo library back home in Toronto! Today we took an updated pik! How surreal! Wish I had the first one with me! Anyhow if you dont already know, since earning his Pro status in 2003, BIG WILL HARRIS has been an incredible bodybuilder in the pro world, who gets amazingly better all the time! Do check him out! So then I trained! (And had some personal news I had to set aside for a few hours to focus on training-a part thats very difficult but necessary if you want to be at the top-you don’t deny personal things that come up, you deal with them appropriately-such is Life!) So I hit CHEST and SHOULDERS! Posed a bit-going to start doing it after each bodypart when i can, as my posing needs the extra practice for sure! After I had my protein shake, then onto tan! Then back home to eat, do some work, and post this blog! Still have cardio, stretching and calves to do. Ofcourse supplements taken thru out day. Ill find time to sleep after! 😉 xo
