Birthday party at friends place from the Gym was fantastic!

So when I’m at the gym, there’s so many interesting people,  but really no time for social chat. So thanks to my gym peer Mike Ryan who trains at Gold’s, it being his 49th birthday, and his gracious invitation! (Party was weekend before last). I got to meet and converse with some of the gym folk and other wonderful people,  on another level!  It was such a positive and fun event!  No surprise really! Mike is a mix of outstanding muscles, man and good energy!  Party Theme was to be your fav celebrity! Enjoy and check out a few photos here!
